Oh well, I tried (Oghma Infinium)

Hello again guys, to start off I'm sure most of you have heard of http://www.imperial-library.info/content/oghma-infinium-research over at TIL who translated the first page of the Oghma Infinium.

I tried deciphering the second page, however today I have to say I dont think Ill be able to finish it. I found out the better part of the first half and thats what I'm gonna share here along with a personal interpretation of the symbols on both pages. (I decided to give up because it was becoming tedious and frustrating and some words didnt making sense while some others were undecipherable)

? is added when Im not sure, and ??? is when theres a word I really have no clue

Right, so to start off:

Line 1: da Histria de Nirn foi (?)gasto(?) e profundi (?)ai(?)

The Story of Nirn was (?)spent(?) and deep (?)alas(?)

Line 2: ?orados? do dwemer esperando encontrar

?prayed? of(the?) dwemer hoping to find

Line 3: Durante as moucas ?(dcadas probably or doadas)? passadas e e

During the dead decades past and

Line 4: a ??? pais o das ce [the rest is incomplete, apologies]

The ??? parents of the ("ce" doesnt mean anything apparently)

Line 5: d e skyrim septimus [rest is incomplete as well, sorry]

You dont really need me to translate this one

Its been a while but I believe there was a word in the fifth line that finished with eridento or so, I had found every letter save one and no permutation with any letter would come up with any portuguese word, which partly began my frustration.

-Moving on to my interpretation and observations of the symbols;

Ill start by the center part of the first page since thats what I have the least to say of.

The smallest circle at the bottom imo would be the beginning of time and the very first kalpa as things actually come full circle and only much later does that "happen" sort of. I dont have the faintest idea what the small circles along the way up to the largest circle is, though I believe the largest circle is our current kalpa. Notice the 9 spikes holding it in place?

Then we have the three orbiting entities surrounding the circle. We have M, G and S. I think that gives us Masser (the larger one, which fits) and Secunda (as an added note, they have 7 spikes each), but what is G? Is it supposed to be MGS as in Magnus (as pointed out by the person who deciphered the first page)?

We can also note that there are two crescent moons locked together in front of the G, and the G itself has 6 larger growths surrounding it as well as 6 smaller ones. Im afraid I dont have much here as there isn't much related to the letter G that might connect it to anything besides the whole being MGS or that it is the 7th letter of the alphabet. I could make a relation to the Mane seeing as there are two moons locked in front of it and if I remember right the eclipse of the two moons is the symbol for the birth of the Mane. (Unrelated but, does anyone think the Mane's wisdom could be from the fact that it is the collection of intellects of all the khajiit to have ever existed as in a way that to wear the manes of the other khajiit means mantling them? Hence calling him The Mane, hes had the mane of every Khajiit to have ever lived)

Finally the symbols of page two. We have a large triangle in the center with a symbol inside which seems to be a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegv%C3%ADsir.
Other than that we have three "suns". Two of them have eight spikes and the third with an open eye has nine. I'm not quite sure what this could mean , I'm tired and its 2 am so I'm just throwing what I have on the table.

Anyhow, I invite you all to discuss what we've got and if some of you feel up to the challenge, to translate the remaining parts of the Oghma.

Its a map of the Imperial city, which is known to have been built by the Alyeids to mimic Mundus.

Or, it's a map of Mundus.

Either way, it doesn't explain what the third object is, the G. What should it represent?
