Were can I find the free fall boots. I′m farely new and everybody says they are really good. plz help.

Note that it's also possible, though rather difficult, to get to that room using a jet pack mod for power armor instead of using the glitch.

Honestly though I don't think that armor is all that useful. It's cool, but I don't often find myself in a situation where jumping off of a high place is the best option. Power armor automatically eliminates it anyway. As far as legendary perks are concerned, I think there are far more useful ones than this. It is cool to have in the collection though.

I'm not aware of this glitch. I generally avoid exploiting them though. Getting up to that room with a jet pack was very rewarding, even if the material reward itself isn't all that great.

Heh, if you have a jet pack strapped to your back, you really don't need the Freefall items.
