Were projectile weapon skills replaced with 1 vs 2 hands?

Looking at the perk chart https://data.archive.moe/board/v/image/1434/79/1434792188306.pngat 1 and 2 spots in Agility, Gunslinger and Commando are present, but I don't see the outline of Guns anywhere, nor in Perception do I see Energy Weapons. I believe weapon proficiency has been boiled down to the Skyrim choice of whether we wish to use 1 or 2-handed weapons.

How do you feel about that?

No they aren't, those are for perks. There's no skills option in the pipboy menu. So again skills are gone.

I don't think you understand what I'm getting at. They were once skills. Whatever they are now, they at least still exist. But not guns or energy weapons, as respective categories.

too early too tell really. as for thoughts it looks like BGS whent for more complex systems and less complex characters, ie more learn about crafting the crazyier it becomes compared too other BGS titles.

still until they show us more i think too early too judge .

I don't know about that. There's still Gun Nut and Science! perks for crafting; maybe those perks differentiate between the technical aspects of energy weapons and guns, and the Gunslinger/Commando perks are for the actual use of those weapons. I imagine if I was a good shot with a revolver, I'd be a good shot with a Laser or Plasma pistol too; but knowing how a gun works mechanically is different from knowing how an energy weapon works, hence the crafting perks.

That would be a cool way to organize it, actually.

Consider the length they appearntly go to establis that your character is military, its clearly meant to explain why there wont be any gun skill governing accuracy, etc like in the previous games.
