Looks like bethesda made changes that will help future mod sizes. Are there mods out there bigger than falskaar/etc that were stuck until this. If so where can i find information about them

I'm assuming you're talking about the lifting of the ridiculous 100MB limit on the Skyrim Workshop? Why would mods bigger than that have been in limbo, the authors would just have put them on the http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/ (or other hosting sites) where there has never been such a stupid file size limit...
