I'm not sure where to put this, but it does technically class as "Series Discussion". Were there ever any official Pen & Paper Fallout RPGs? I've seen them, however the majority were I think fan-made.

See, that's what I was thinking. It sounds like something which would work really well, which is why I'm surprised it hasn't been done before, or at least to my knowledge. I mean, the original Fallout game was heavily inspired by P&P anyway.

From what I've read so far. It has some kind of affilation with the Gurps system. Which is a Steve Jackson deal.

Fallout was originally to be a GURPS based game, but there was some trouble and Steve withdrew. Don't remember exactly what the case was.

Once I find the Origins of Fallout article (we don't mirror it on The Vault out of respect for No Mutants Allowed and to not steal their exclusives) Scott Campbell might shed more light on the issue.

There are fan-made P&P systems, but it seems there aren't any complete official ones. I guess my friends and I will just create our own system, which isn't too bad since we can keep it nice and simple.
