No? I was just talking about US schools. You guys there have groups like the "cool people", "nerds" and what not. That's not healthy, it teaches kids to judge someone by his/her social status and not by personality.
And about bullying, it happens everywhere alright, but US is the country where it happens more frequently, it's epidemic there. And I can't stop thinking that sort of school social hierarchy, US' social values and bullying aren't all related.
