Were you happy with the GameInformer podcast information.

So alot of info so far, how happy are you with the game with what was discussed. I'm pretty happy most of peoples problems with the game were answered or at least said they are working on it, obviously he couldn't talk about everything.

Also for all you obsessed with spears there is an answer for you.

Yes. I was particularly pleased when Todd Howard mentioned that a significantly larger part of the world map was mountainous. Verticality is the key to making the overworld feel larger, and I'm glad that they've recognised this.

It was interesting to say the least. Most of it just got me pumped up again, but they didn't really ask a lot of the questions I was hoping to get answered.

Me too, and how they seem to care alot about the dragons. I love that they had a team spend over two years on just dragons. Too me most everything seems promising.

I voted disapointed, because I don't care for pod casts. This is my first pod cast I listened to from begining to end, and my problem is I drowned them out. Too long, boring talk with a lot of nonsense talk. Picked up a few tidbits, but most times it was blah blah blah. Guess I have ADD. :)

And what do you mean we have spears? At the end of the game it was said "Werewolves, with Spears, Riding on Dragons." :P Yes I know they were mocking us. :whistling:

Somewhat pleased. I mean some of my worries have been slightly relieved, but I'm still worried.

Oh. And we don't know if spears will actually be in or not. So far, the answer is no, but Todd said they're not currently in.

Whoever says otherwise is jumping to conclusions too quickly.

I knew they would come through with dragons. Beth has always been very careful in how they approached them in their games. That was the main reason they weren't included in Oblivion from what I remember.

Yeah the attention they're paying to the dragons is promising. I still have my reservations about how common they're apparently making them, but I have faith.

I was hoping to hear something about how frequent they are, but no such luck.
It seems that the game will have some good replayability, a lot more so then Oblivion. Maybe up there with Morrowind if they throw in politics. Only time will tell i guess

Yes. I thought the GI peeps could have been a little more enthusiastic or more genuine/less awkward, but I'm quite pleased overall.

It started of good with some new info about spears, werewolves and the perk system acctually being part of skill tweeking, but then they just kept repeating things we already knew.

Oh, and we also know there'll be exactly 7000 steps :s.

I was very happy with the podcast, could've done with some information on fast travel and how limited quest markers are but meh, the information we got was great.

Very happy with all of the information, in terms of what it means for the game. Especially dragon behaviour, variation and difficulty; the details of Radiant Story and Todd's comments on it; and character creation & customisation.

I wasn't impressed by the podcast itself, but Todd is so good at talking about his games that his enthusiasm and insight more than made up for the poor questions.

I'm kinda meh about it

The question I wanted answered is still unanswered but now we do have some information on it. I'm not disappointed but I'm not impressed either.

It seems like Howard was trying to level up his dodge skill by only half answering questions.

They asked the questions that were asked most often to try and be fair to the most possible. We didn't no for sure about the HUD or werewolves. We already know about dynamic snow and that there will be different other areas in the world. Dark brotherhood wasn't just brought up, they brought up factions(which people wanted to know) They talked about gameplay dragons and other information i'm sure you also wanted to know.
Overall im happy, but i am disapointed that armor and hardcoe wasn't discussed.

Quite happy, but next time bring him to the UK and have Jeremy Paxman interview him :
"A lot of guys want to know about spears, are they in?"
"Not in the traditional sense."
"Why are you avoiding the question, they are either in or they are not."
"We are working on what works, and what doesn't."
"You are working on avoiding a very simple question. Are you going to give a straight answer, or have you come here to waste my time and yours?"
And so on.
