This thread is HILARIOUS! :lmao:
A half man half pikachu? Seriously? Can your were powers evolve?

Of course ^_^ since vampires powers evolve it'd be easy enough to add something along those lines for werepokemon :D

How is this not spam?

I have no clue, but I'm pretty sure that it's teetering on being spam though.

I don't know why everyone dismisses this idea as stupid so quickly.
Think about it, you're walking through this fantasy setting, when all of a sudden a yellow mouse bolts out from a bush and lunges at you, you bat it away before it has the chance to do much damage.
All of a sudden you see your hands gain a yellow tinge. You switch into third person to see and odd tail forming and pointy black tip ears erupting from your head.
All your magic is suddenly transformed into a powerful chain electricity spell, and you can run insanely fast.

This is the kind of surprise I miss in games. I haven't seen anything like this since the SNES era and it's a clear fact that games are becoming more mainstreamed and casual.

No. I don't need Easter eggs and other video game references shoved in my face just for a "suprise." That'd be extremely corny. No thanks to that one.

However, if you were being sarcastic then...Haha ;)

See, I like conjuration and banishing spells. I heard that you can call upon a dragon late in the game as a one day spell/shout.
But turning into a pet? That's just silly. I think a pokemon summoning spell would be neat, (if you're into that sort of thing) and werebeasts are awesome, (wereshark anyone?) but turning into the pet you're taming doesn't make sense to me.

Careful what you wish for. Morrowind has a few pokemon easter eggs. ;)

Peke Utchoo

"In Mudan Grotto there's a skeleton called 'Peke Utchoo', which sounds quite similar to the Pokémon Pikachu. Whoever put the skeleton in also included a note that reads, "If anyone shall ever find me, I hope I am able to bring them to laughter." The note was probably put in to make sure that the player realizes that the skeleton is meant to be a joke."

Other Pokémon References

"Encountered during the Main Quest, there are a few locations which reference Pokémon in their names. In Ilunibi, there's a section called Marowak's Spine. In Arkngthand, there's a Weepingbell Hall. In the Urshilaku Burial Caverns, there is a section called Kakuna Burial."

Sorry, I don't want a game designed for 6 year olds to be in Skyrim.

It looks like many of you who read this don't understand his point. Why limit ourselves to what we know? It doesn't have to be a pokemon, but there can be some originality when making creatures, sicknesses, even were creatures. Not everything needs to be redone in the same main stream way everytime. If pokemon never ever came out and you saw what he just described I'd be astounded and I'd love it. I'm sure if you can forget about pokemon completely and found that in the game you'd find it interesting too, and would even enjoy the high speed running!

Nah, if I saw somthing that looked like a cartoony pokemon in my Skyrim, even if Pokemon had never came out, Id sell the game and wonder why they made a lame cartoony looking enemy.

who says it'd look cartoony? Does every werebear look like a carebear, or yogi bear? No, the same would apply.

^What about Oblivion's paint trolls? If there's a legitimate reason behind it, theres no reason to hate the game. Not that I care for pokemon. In any way.
