Werewolf cost mods?

A search of Nexus reveals several werewolf mods that enhance the graphics/sounds, and mods that change the mechanics of lycanthropy, but so far I haven't found a mod that treats lycanthropy like an actual curse, with costs in addition to benefits.

The closest I can find are mods that add forced transformations, often linked to the moon, often with a randomized element. While that's welcome, the same mods often also buff werewolves, making them faster, or better jumpers, or potentially giving skill points on feeding. (I did find a mod that allows the player to lose control of his character during beast form; this is an interesting concept, but ultimately I'd like to actually run my own character!)

What I'd love to see is a mod that added some kind of "needs" system to lycanthropy. For example, in Morrowind, my understanding is that a werewolf character had to kill an NPC each night or suffer penalties (to health, attributes, and/or skills; can't remember).

I guess you could think of it as being somewhat similar to vampirism: stat changes accompany your choice of feeding (or not).

So, anything like that exist?
