Werewolf - Legends of the North - Version 2 : IV

I've started the quest in http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24453 for the first time and so far I like it a lot. Perfect for my Frostcrag chars who have been looking for more action in the north. Cool Werewolves, with nice animations and sound effects - better than the ones in MMM IMO. And the questline seems nice so far as well. I think I've read that it has an enormous reward - but I'll deal with that when I get there.

Anyway, when cleaning it with TES4Edit, the first step works fine:

But then I get these warnings when running Undelete and Disable References:

And I still get these warnings when opening the cleaned esp in TES4Edit. Not sure if it's serious or what to look for even?

EDIT: The ending (although it seems to have a bonus quest) was over the top, with super-size monsters, an uber reward and uber items as well. A pity as it's a nice quest otherwise and the Werewolves are excellent.
