Don't you just hate it when that happens? I suggest you just take a deep breath and relax.

I'll trust your experience in the matter ;)

Oh for pete's sake! What else do we need, here? Fred O. Baggins, Pip, Murray, Borris Mere, and Sam?

I have Dibs on Borris Mere.

Or in my case:

Name: Barry Mear
Age: 30
Build: Medium build, toned, tall (roughly 6' 2'').
Appearance: Shaggy blonde hair and a well kept beard. He wears a red shirt, a green jacket and dark trousers.
Luggage: bread and water( due to his other equipment filling his pack, he must carry these in his hands), a broadsword, a large enamelled horn and a dirk
Personality: Rash but loyal and very brave. Barry is also proud and good in combat situations.
History: Barry Mear was born in the south to Steward Dennis Thor. He developed a good relationship with his brother despite the king noticably favouring Barry. He was next in line to be king but he had strange dreams involving a riddle. He set off in order to find the answer.
Business or Pleasure: Barry is looking after some pygmies on their quest to a really tall Mountain in new Zealand.

Name: Dan Ethor
Age: 27
Build: Slight pot-belly, tan, tall (6'5)
Appearance: Green eyes, Cropped black hair, Wears a green t-shirt with blue jeans, Small scar on his hand.
Luggage: An assortment of jewelery, a suit, an autographed football, a locket that's special to him (from his dead mother), and a bottle of brandy (for celebrating).

Personality: A bit shy. Very polite, but will rarely initiate a conversation with a stranger. Sports fan- though not sports player- and loves to read a book. A bit of a drinker.

History: Dan was raised in Illinois, by a single father. He got into the family business of trading jewelery early in his life, but is hopelessly inept at it. His father often uses him to negotiate very easy deals, because his politeness makes him ingratiate well with customers, even if he can't tell the difference between 12 and 16 karats of gold.

Business: Sent to deliver a small load to an old friend of this father.

Alright, I'm in... If only to substitute the sheer lunacy of THOSE wackos for a slightly milder form of my own.

Name: Joe Desrocher
Age: 25
Build: Somewhat short at 5 feet, 9 inches, and lean at 145 lbs
Appearance: Joe has green eyes, which match his green plaid short-sleeve shirt. He's paired this to atrocious effect with a pair of red Hawaiian board shorts and flip flops. Finally, he helps reinforce Canadian stereotypes by always wearing his Montreal Canadiens toque over what he vaguely recalls is brown hair.
Luggage: Taking up the majority of Joe's bag is two dozen maple-leaf shaped bottles of maple syrup. There's also his handy Tagalog-English dictionary and phrase book, a pencil and business cards, and his snorkel and mask (unfortunately, there was no space left for the flippers.)

Personality: Joe is warm and affectionate but incredibly naive. He'll jump into any conversation and spin lovingly patriotic tales, often too ignorant or dim-witted to realize he's an object of others' ridicule. It's impossible to get on his bad side... Unless you bad-mouth his home and native land, eh?

History: Joe was born into the typical Canadian lifestyle. No, not igloos and dog sleds, he says laughingly. Rather, in the suburbs of Saskatoon, Canada, as the son of a teacher and a plumber. Neither of those vocations interested the young, impressionable Joe, so after a brief (and nearly disastrous, at his size) try at junior hockey, and 3/4 of a year studying towards a business diploma at his community college, he dropped out and scraqed together enough cash for his first business venture. Which brings us to...

Business: Joe has come up with the ingenious plan to sell high-priced novelty bottles of maple-syrup in the slums of the Philipines, something he's positive will be an instant success.

Every flippin' time I've wanted to join a Werewolf game on the forums, something has come up and prevented me from doing so. I'm almost afraid to reserve on the basis I begin earning a rep for taking a slot and then being unable to play, but.... I'm gonna hope nothing comes up.

I'll get a profile in tomorrow at some point, or I'll at least notify I'm dropping out if I learn something is going to be happening preventing me access to a computer with internet.

As long as you read the rules, you should be fine.
If you are in need of extra information, we made a wiki:

http://bgsfwerewolf.wikia.com/wiki/http://bgsfwerewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Werewolf_Wiki

If you like a less text-heavy approach, Mr E made some great pictorials:

http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l253/mr_e12345/werewolfprimerdaynight.jpg
http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l253/mr_e12345/werewolfprimerexample.jpg

http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l253/mr_e12345/werewolfprimerethics.jpg

If you've looked at all of those, you should be ready to play along. Just read the rules, make a character and you're set.

Name: Uri Khai
Age: 24
Build: Solidly built, tall and muscular - one could say that he is built like a troll.
Appearance: Black hair and brown eyes, which contrasts vividly with his extraordinarily pale skin. To call Uri unattractive is something of an understatement.
Luggage: A black steel suit of armour, including a face-obfuscating helm (allowed to be transported on the plane only after seeking special considerations for his job); a short steel sword which has been blunted; a large rectangular shield, also of black steel; and a mobile phone.
Personality: Socially withdrawn, and often resorts to grunts and snorts when faced with the prospent of engaging in conversations with others. Lacks basic social etiquette, and is known to have exceptionally poor hygiene. Of average intelligence. Violent video games have made him prone to violence, although his parents firmly believe that he is good at heart.
History: Born to over-protective parents of average income in a nondescript suberb within an inconsequential city, Uri's early life was defined primarily by a total lack of any freedom or excitement. His parents allowed him access to violent video games as a means of releasing his increasingly pent-up frustration and boredom, tragically unaware of the mortal dangers of video games. Within several years these violent games had physically melted his brain down into a brown sludge of unpleasant odor and appearance, leaving Uri unable to interact normally with most other people. His parents have finally convinced him to apply for a job which vaguely interests him: an employee for a medieval reenactment company.
Business or Pleasure: Uri was flying to New Zealand to apply for a position at a leading medieval reenactment company stationed there.

Name: Elizabeth Gordon

Age: 33

Build: 5'6'' ... 145 lbs. Average for a woman her size.

Appearance: Long brown hair, brown eyes, pretty. She's put on a little weight since she gave birth 2 years ago, but to call her overweight wouldn't be fair. Wearing a frilly brown skirt, and a white shirt with a green sweater. She's wearing two heart-shaped earrings.

luggage: Liz packed some makeup (lipstick/blush/eyeshadow), some stationary with a black G2 7mm pen, her son's Baltimore Orioles baseball cap that he had forgotten at home, a pacifier, a small photobook with pictures of her family. She had checked a bag with several days worth of clothing and some books.

Personality: Liz is nice, she has an overall benevolent personality. She cares for others, but lately she's grown wearing of spending time away from her family. She had been uneasy before the crash because she was making the trip to the Philippines behind them (they took a flight the previous day due to a scheduling mixup). Generally a good maternal character.

History: She met her husband while studying political science at a state university, and they got married in their mid-20s. He works as an economic consultant, and financially supports her as she stays home watching over their 3 children. She is very happy with life, and loves her family very much.

Business or Pleasure: Pleasure. Her husband has business in the Philippines, but she decided to make a vacation out of it. Unfortunately, she missed the flight they had been on, so she's stuck on this one...

No they're not... they're suffering from mass delusions due to the lack of oxygen from the rapid decent.... they only THINK they have those names and that crap... just watch... in a few days they'll remember who they are and what they had.

Name: Dolf Garand (He prefers being called by his last name first)
Age: ??(Looks advanced in years)
Build: Tall, old yet still quite capable of physical exertion
Appearance: blue eyes, long shaggy white beard, with long white hair. Wears a grey robe at all times.
Luggage: A walking staff that looks like a gnarled tree branch, several books and parchments, a sword hidden under his robes, a flashlight, a pack of fireworks
Personality: Very intelligent, has no time for foolishness. Generally very warm and caring otherwise. Quite crafty, and ambitious.
History: His origins seem to be shrouded in mystery(Tales circulate of him being born on a magical island). He's always travelled to different countries acting as a sort of advisor for different interest groups.
