Personality: Charlie has an addicting personality, constantly tries to find the next rush in his life. Can be critical of others but tries to act like the nice guy. Cares for people that are close to him.
History: Charlie was in a band and loved living the life of a star. As the band slowly started to break up, he went down the dark path of drugs.
Business or Pleasure: Being addicted to heroin, Charlie wanted to fix this. He then had the idea to head to the Philippines in order to get away from everything.

History: Rex decided to join the ATF soon after leaving college where he has been for eight years. He decided to take a vacation since he has been losing interest in his work and his boss ordered him not to come back until he's had some time off.
