werewolf sprinting

Bethesda confirmed sprintin in skyrim, & werewolves are a good possibility. How do you think they should sprint while playing as them/

It will most likely be on two legs, especially if the PC can contract lycanthropy. Thought I would prefer it on 4.

Down on all four. I liked it in morrowind, though the animation was a bit weird at times.
I wonder how high will the werewolves be able to jump. If it's like morrowind then we could basically jump and hit the dragons mid-air.

Actually the old spears. At least since Oblivion.

I thought the animation was weird too, I would prefer the jumping to be much higher than in your normal form, not high enough to touch a flying dragon though.

All fours. And this can make a lot of sense gameplay wise because they could make it so that you have to come to a slow or complete stop in order to get up on your hind legs in order to attack, which would greatly balance their power if they're anything like they were in Morrowind. (I never worried about dying at most difficulties as a werewolf) We could also have a greatly diminished sprint (like half or a quarter of the speed you would have on all fours) for when your on your hind legs as well.

Plus its more realistic.

They should sprint the same way they walk and run, whether that's upright or on all fours.

There's a great Werewolf discussion going on here http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1186198-vampires-werebeasts/page__pid__17730781__st__60#entry17730781

I don't think werebeasts should sprint or run in four legs, unless their arms are at least as long as their legs.

On all fours. Werewolves seem to be ambidextrous when it comes to their arms and legs and moving on four will be faster than two as it was in Morrowind.

Same as in Bloodmoon. To walk on two our four. Sprinting in four is best.

walk on 2 feet, run on 4, its been this way in books and movies for the most part, and it should stay as it is the classic way to think of a werewolf, walking with the human stance on 2 legs while calm and undisturbed but when running taking from its animal bretheren stands on 4 legs for more speed and control.

I wanted a third option. Into the belly of my vampire. But failing that, I voted for all fours.

sorry, apparently you got you facts mixed up. A werewolf would tear a vampire to pieces as a minor time-killer. Vampires got nothing on them

No. Vampires in Daggerfell pretty much fed on werewolves.

Todd Howard is very odd and weird to getting content into his games that fans want really bad, its Todd's way or no way. He makes things that he thinks will make the game better which I give him respect for, but when it comes to spears, mounts, werewolves, levetating, ect. He's like "I don't know if it will make the game interesting or do any better" Hello Todd we want these things badly give us some things just 1 please? He knows his team can fit them in becuase they did it just fine in Morrowind's expansion. <_<

well, I'm going by opinion. I always preferred werewolves over vampires. I guess I like the savage & bestial nature of them over the transylvanian, sun-fearing bloodsvckers.
