Okay I wan't to know if it is possible to make an NPC, and add a feature that makes the NPC despawn at night time and add a werewolf with the same name in his place, then have the werewolf despawn in the morning and re-ad the npc.

You know those wandering werewolf NPCs in Solstheim? They come with a script that does what you want.
