Werewolf: Vegas Day 1

Jonas "Bear" Stoker

Well [censored]. I wasn't exactly expecting to spend my time here fighting for my life against some crazy goddamned psychopath. I'm too old for this kind of crap. He pauses for a moment rubbing his bearded chin thoughtfully

I can see how you all might be quick to blame someone, but I'm not so content to just kill someone just because they carry a pencil around with them. And you, Mister Nathan, you seem a little more willing to just out and kill somebody for such a small thing. You have a knife, don't you? Trying to shift the blame?

Maybe we ought to search the lobby for something that might have left behind, though, just in case? Might be able to get something sorted out at the least.

About how long were the lights out for?
Anyone could have made their way to the lounge and killed the electrician so let's not be pointing any fingers yet.

oh and Jason, i aint trying to incriminate you, but you are a suspect i dont want you anywhere near the scene of the crime. i dont want to risk any evidence going missing.

Mrs. Ima, does the electrician work here, or was he a contractor recently hired to fix something.

If he does work here, do you know if he might have any enemies

Ima Idyotte

He was a contractor hired to install the N.I.P.P.L.E. security system. He didn't know anyone here, and I'm sure he was only killed because he got in the way.

Whichever has the most votes. I guess I'll instill a 4 vote minimum.

Jim McDriscoll

Uh... Can I get a drink now? I think I'll need a stiff one. Oh, I know!

Jim pulls out his Blackberry in an attempt to phone for help. He dials his wife's number, and fails to get a ringtone.

...Drat. Must be all that metal. Oh well, at least I've got Minesweeper.

Jim pauses for a bit, his momentary smirk receding as he reflects on the scene.

You know, it's mighty conspicuous that the security system engaged immediately after the lights went out. It almost sounds like someone tampered with it. Another pause. I'll come search the Staff Room with you, because I agree we have to check out the knife leads, but I think we should check out the Casino room tomorrow. That is, if you don't mind, eh?

Lets also not forget that somebody tried to clean up the blood, which is a pretty stupid thing to do. Are any of our suspects stupid by chace?

*clears throat*

Well, as much as I dislike to speak bad of someone right in front of them I don't think that that Pippin boy is too bright all the time.... and he doesn't seem to be the type to work so well under pressure either. Might explain the tears in the napkin if we're assumin' they're because the person writing it wasn't dealing with the stress so well.

Not trying to say it's you either, boy, just bringing up some points. If this, dare I say it, game, plays out like whatshisface said and we kill each-other off, I don't want innocent people's lives to be cut short.

'Sides, you don't carry a knife with you, do ya?

No, the note was found on top of the puddle of blood and was likely placed there afterwards.

Pippin Take

Clumsily knocks a set of chips onto the floor.

Evidently we have a killer wolf and a writer wolf. (OOC: Are there more than 2 wolves?) Somehow, I doubt there is a third but they would be the electrical wolf if that was the case.

What is the electricians expression? Can we determine which stab wounds were made first? Any idea what the killer tried to wipe the blood up with?

I'm not sure about the semi-cleaning up. It's kinda weird like someone wanted to do it but then got told to not do it or they got too lazy - maybe the spineless Jim McDriscoll (Mr. E) or the lazy Walter Whitman (Hircine) but I have no idea why they'd be motivated to clean it up in the first place.

Nevertheless my investigations haven't been fruitless, notice how the message is really nice and friendly? Yeah. That fits well with Victor Kruger (Lemunde) who "loves watching others cower in fear", he doesn't have a pencil or pen of his own but the casino has some and afterall, "What he wants, he takes". So I'm gonna vote for Victor. I'll sheep along with the staff area search too.

Edit: This probably wasn't the cleverest thing to do 4 minutes before the end of the day...

Edit2: OOC: BGSF lies. It's an hour and 4 minutes thus

There are two wolves. His expression is fairly blank, he doesn't look shocked or upset. I'd guess the stab wound on the top was made first because it stopped bleeding before the others and seems to be more accurate. No idea what it was cleaned up with.

People, it's her first game and she was having some issues with the write up.

It's more trouble than it's worth.
