Which form of lycanthropy do you enjoy more; wereboar or werewolf?

Wereslaughterfish.

Actually, to be honest - I've never been either, but I think wereboar is more entertaining, just because its so unexpected.

I preferred wereboars - you can't go wrong with tusks.

This is new! What types of diseases which transform you are available in Daggerfall?

Are they indepth? For example becoming a vampire in MW you could join clans, while in Oblivion it was pretty 'dull', nothing to do. Though both in MW and OB vampirism wasn't really exciting.

You could become a werewolf, wereboar and vampire.

Werewolves and wereboars do not have any "clan quest". The only quest is a letter you receive from a werewolf hunter who gives you one year to cure yourself before he starts sending his men after you.
Vampires had clan quest and clan abilities. But I never played long enough as a Vampire to do more than one quest. (You received them by letters, if I recall correctly.)

When you are a vampire and a werewolf, no townfolks roam around town. They are all hiding in their homes.

i think the bonuses are the same, but as monsters, the wereboar is much stronger than the werewolf.

with vampires, sure there's a lot of clans, but the quests are all the same, and rarely happen. infact it's more like oblivion than morrowind.

Are you all serious? I cannot stand wereboars. They make the dumbest squealing sounds, drives me crazy. And the potbelly you get in the character screen is just bad. Werewolves all the way.

the squealing is what makes the wereboars awesome! besides, the daggerfall werewolf portrait is cheesy and reeks of male on male porm posing. at least the wereboar looks like a brute and likes beer.

well of course i tried playing as a werewolf, why else would i knock the paperdoll, silly?



either way, the werewolf has a cheesy pose, hunched over to flex the abs, hip thrusted, hand on crotch...yeah. the devs sometimes choose to be subtle, sometimes not.

savage? nah, daggerfall werebeasts were weak class enemies. now bloodmoon werebeasts, they were savage killers.
