don't post pros and cons but asking if you should be one? without listing the pros and cons all you are going to get is people say either yes or no. it all comes down to whether or not you think the idea appeals to you. there are truly pros and cons that may affect your decision....

I did it to go through the Companion questline. I never used it and as soon as I could I removed the curse. It just wasn't for me, plus I was missing my Lover's Comfort perk when I slept with my wife.
