Post » Fri Oct 14, 2011 10:37 pm

i was reading in a dutch magazine and it said that you have to fight [creatures i forgot], werewolves, [creatures i forgot].
would this mean that werewolves really are in the game?

Maybe, who knows.

I want werewolves in, but damn, stop with the threads already unless you have a solid source of confirmation.

Don't think so people don't seem to care much for werewolves. Your probably thinking of all the i love Bethesda threads that spam the forums.

They're in. It wouldn't be such a secret if they weren't in.

If they are, you can become one, why do people keep asking this? If you could become one in Morrowind, you can become one, so why wouldn't you be able to.

There was another thread earlier today where someone quoted Pete saying that Bethesda have a few more suprises up their sleeve, so I'm still trying to remain optimistic and desperately hope for werewolves and werebears! :D

If they're not in, they HAVE to make a DLC for them. If there is a game set in Skyrim, lycanthropy simple MUST be in it!

Why, Swedish, must it be DLC? They're in. Vanilla version.

It fits the lore and setting to the absolute perfection of set-up.

Actually you couldn't be one in Morrowind. Bloodmoon on the other hand... :)

In other words :

Maybe they're in vanilla but you can't be one till an expansion/DLC allows it.

It isn't the first time though that someone mistook a troll for a werewolf.

I remind everyone to be cautiously optimistic.

Yes, Morrowind, a Morrowind Expansion that gets put into Morrowind, They are hardly going to put werewolves in the vanilla game then let you become one in a DLC.

For one, 7 months ago Todd said that they are testing werewolves out so maybe they found the look they want to give to werewolves but they weren't sure/satisfied with the result and they wanted a better werewolf system like they gave to vampires so maybe, until they successfully implement a werewolf system they won't let you be a werewolf, but rather a werewolf hunter/killer. They can make werewolves as mobs you know? And as I said, they weren't in vanilla Morrowind, so how can you say 'hardly' when they've already done it once?

It would be pretty awesome if they were in, would be a nice counterpart to the whole vampire thing, add more depth to the gameplay etc. etc. But I won't care too much if they're not.

And yeah, that would ne just plain rude if they put them in but you couldn't be one HOWEVER, the ultimate slyness would be to have them in the game and you can't be one, and then release a DLC whose primary purpose is to send you down the path of lychanthropy if you so desire, make it the first DLC, release it around Christmas time. That would be pretty awesome actually.
