Werewolves&Vampires 3

Most likely vampires and maybe werewolves. I'd prefer if they focused on other stuff because I don't like vampires and werewolves. :toughninja:
They're too popular to be left out though.

You do know that in Skyrim werebears are the most common type of were creature? It'd make no sense l ore-wise to have Werewolves and not werebears.

They are basically the same anyway, they just look different.

aww I thought my question was answerd
but Ya I don't think EITHER won since it wasnt about winning, I dislike And Poo just because he would sometimes controdict himself, like Gytrash said he didn't have to straight out say anything because his posts and the way he wrote them said his dislikes about vampires n what not and how or how not they were mostly playable in the games and Gytrash was trying to point that out, either way it shouldn't have gotten out of hand like it did

I never contradicted myself at all, don't try to put words I specifically didn't say in my post or read more into what is there than what I wrote, I WANT vampires in Skyrim I just want them to be like the vampires in lore not Anne Rice/Stephenie Meyer rip offs. (especially not the latter if my vampire sparkles I will puke)
anyway I was done with the argument when I signed off last night and I don't want to start a new one, all I'm saying is you have no reason to dislike me if you read only the words I wrote specifically and not what Gytrash decided I was insinuating you will find I actually never stated anything about not having vampires in the game because it wouldn't work.
Also don't try to find insinuations in text if you couldn't hear my voice or see my body language how can you possibly say I insinuated anything? you put your own view of what I sounded like and what I looked like in your head to decide I was insinuating anything.

Personally I would Like all of them just make sure the werewolves weren't broken like in Daggerfall, the moment you became a werewolf in the game you were basically god- like.

Definitely want vampires. Don't want it to change the look of my character though. If I can adjust height of my characters, I'm making a short female vampire.

Wouldn't be surprised if they added some were-beasts.

Sorry to say man but you even said you were basicly being a ass to him, I can go back and find the post if ya want? but whatever man we don't need to start another argument but I DO have the right to dislike ANYONE I WANT TO, I won't let someone on the internet tell me what to do when a friend is being made out to be the bad guy, just aint right....Lets just agree to disagree :intergalactic:

In TES lore they can't exist as porphyric hemophilia and sanies lupinus make victims completly immune to other diseases.

Although it would be interesting to see what would happen if one was infected with both simutaneously and both took hold at exactly the same time

That would be interesting but I think one or the other would cancel the other out

Theresa W, you are really selling yourself short of the whole experience by playing console. A morrowind worthy PC must be dirt cheap.

Which do I think: Werewolves definiatly, probably vampires as it was done in Oblivion and people weren't complaining about it, Although I do hope you can turn into other stuff as well

People weren't complaining about it??? Being a vampire in oblivion.. was.. crap. It wasn't fun it all, all it did was give you a thing to do every night. (IF you like being able to buy things, I mean)

I think oblivion 'vamps' were the way they were because of the lore cocerning their pact with clavicus vile. By not feeding they would appear more humanlike due to the pact as they aren't sustaining their vampirism. The appearance of being old and ugly would work too as you just seem an old ugly person. The red eyes would be the only give away. The npc reactions would be justifiied because if you are a vampire and actively in the public during dawn/dusk/day it would mean you aren't feeding and giving into your bloodlust.

So despite how svcky oblivion vampires are it was justified and true to lore. It's just good that only cyrodillic vampires are that way.

But that's not how it worked... if you didn't feed you looked more like a vampire, only a well feed vampire was able to go into town and not be noticed, I think to only reason it was done the way it was, was for the sake of balance. To be strong you must be an outcast to blend with humanity you must be almost as weak as a human. It was annoying though because it went against everything in nature, common sense, and vampire lore outside of TES.

They always have vampires, so I see no reason why Skyrim wouldn't. They might have were-wolves, but I'm not so sure about any other were-creatures.

I concur.

Also, I would love to see witch covens and daedra summoning return, but I suppose this isn't appropriate to the topic.
