Werewolves&Vampires 3

Post » Sat Oct 23, 2010 5:39 pm

I fancy the idea that Vampires and Werewolves can have similar but different ways to track prey.

Werewolves would be able to see a trail of where someone was walking recently.

Vampires would be able to see the outlines of people through walls.

Also, I'd rather be a Werewolf. They're awesome.

So many people want werewolves, how can they NOT put them in game? Thats like saying "We heard you want werewolves and dont care" I think we def will get them. Lotsa people will be upset if we dont get em.

Guys, I don't think werewolves are confirmed (the quote mentioned above referred to the ice troll shown in a screenshot, initially mistaken for a werewolf), unless I missed any extra info on them since.

Really hope they are in, though.
I can't find the quote but someone said in the mag that out fav furriess from sothesim would b back

Getting werewolves back would be a start.
Getting other were-creatures is wishful thinking.

Sorry for the cynicism, but it seems like it would be something featured in the GI magazine.
I haven't read the magazine, but nobody who has read it has said anything about werewolves.
HOWEVER, there is always DLC, expansion packs, Construction Set, and maybe possibly a suprise planned by bethesda.

I would hope werewolves just haven't been said yet but they r in considering I am a 360 player not PC. If it comes in DLC than that's good to...I just want them in!!!N I don't see why it can't be still shown in GI just in a later issue when Beth gives us more info

We must embark on a quest and search for the Khajiit man of legend.
He is the one they fear!

Vampires and werewolves will probably be in, and I don't think there should be any other types of monsters to become . People keep talking about liches, and that's a horrible idea. If someone really wanted immortality they would choose vampirism over becoming a walking skeleton.

I would go for undead wizard of awesomeness over a vamp any day. Vamps with all their weaknesses would just annoy me.

Liches are for real necromancers.

Vampires can be undead wizards as well, it's just that liches are all rotted and gross. They also would eventually become dust, and they can't talk to people. Also, their fans tend to be disturbingly obsessed with them, as is evident on this forum.

Apparantly there are were yeti's? Sounds pretty interesting especially if they look like the monster in the GI image of the player casting a fire spell on a beastie.
But I'd still choose werewolves over them though

So after watching the behind the scenes I noticed a lot of hairy, lanky, be-pedal, creatures in the concept art.

Some were pretty blurry (possible werewolves?), some clearly had three eyes.

Assuming none of them were werewolves there are certainly some possible modder resources. But if they are in the game, all the similar looking creatures should make for an interesting time when you run into them in the wilderness.

You would deny other people the ability to be a Vampire or Werewolf just because you don't like it?

@DeSetuede
I agree with what you said, it would be cool to be able to become one of those things and open up whole new quest lines because of it.

I also agree because in morrowind when you became the werewolf there were quests that opened up and also allowed you to play the alternative bloodmoon quests, when you became a vampire there were vampire clans which each had their own releated quests. so both options should be open to the player.

Watch 'American werewolf in London' or 'The Howling' if you have not already. You will love them. Transformation scene in skyrim would be awesome!

The Wolf Man is very weak as a werewolf movie IMO. The Howling, American werewolf in London kick A$$, the Van Helsing werewolf was good
