Werewolves and vampires seem to best bet to come over to the original game of Skyrim.

And please if it has NOTHING to do with the current lore or is part of the current lore on were-creatures (I am talking to you manbearpig people) than please don't put it, this is about the discussion of werewolves and vampires making it into Skyrim.

So far there has been no confirmation of them making it into the game yet

I hope there are vampire clans like on Morrowind (only much better). In Oblivion there was nothing to do as a vampire except get cured.

Werewolf clans would be cool too. maybe wereboars like in daggerfall?

That was one of the reasons why I got the expansion pack for Morrowind long ago--to become a werewolf. =)

I hope we could become werewolves in Skyrim. Wasn't it in the lore that Nords feel close to the skies and wolves were an important symbol or something like that? (It's been a long time since I've looked up any Elder Scrolls lore, so I may be wrong?)

Since Skyrim takes place in a kind of Nord-ish(?) of environment, I think werewolves could be appropriate for such a setting. =)
I think vampires should be able to be find anywhere in the Elder scrolls games as well.

I'm almost 100% sure that Skyrim will have werecreatures, especially werewolves. Werebears seems likely too, mainly because of the book http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:On_Lycanthropy,

I'd rather fight werewolves but would prefer being a vampire. Not keen on being a werewolf in most games just turn into a big animal with a slightly stronger attack. Prefer to be more humanoid where my equipment and bonuses still work.

I prefer to think of TES. Mainly because underworld implies that they fight each other, whereas they don't really have reason to in TES.

Why can't we be even more positive and think about Vampire the Masquerade (which is well developed vampire role playing experience) and Vampire Embrace mod for Morrowind, both are kind of closer to home than a movie... And I love both and what something like that, but with a major Skyrim themed twist for the game

Yep, being to catch some foreign version of vampirism would be great - some Vanderfell vampires may have escaped to Skyrim with the Dunmer, and an occasional traveling Cydoiilic one would be not out of place

Actually I always wondered what else people expect form a werewolf experience? I mean it may be fun to turn in to a wolf once or twice and run around the forest for a bit, but doing that regularly?..
I mean as a Morrowind vampire (with VE installed of course) I got to play the game, do the quests with alterations for being a night creature, had some awesome bonuses every day, as well as some immersion since I needed to feed, and some motivation to create a power base because of that. Could make more vampires and create my own clan, find cattle for my self get NPCs hooked on me and get some willing servants and it was lots of fun. But what does one do as a werewolf??? You can't exactly play the game while being a huge wolf creature, and it has no influence on day to day live except when the moon is full...
