Werewolves&Vampires4

Well even if there was just one Cyrodiil vampire in Skyrim, because s/he was on an adventure or something, that would be fine with me. As long as the option is there.
And I really hope they will allow the Volkihar to do everything they can in the lore.

Volhirar sounds petty cool, a bunch of cruel and paranoid icy vampire hermits who come out to feed and then retreat back in their frozen lakes.

And the whole adventuring as a Cyrodiilic vampire? Didn't we do that in Oblivion? A new twist on the Cyrodilic vampire lore would be great. Quests such as "manipulate this guy or that girl," or "wipe out this vampire clan so they won't interfere with our plot with Skyrim domination" type of thing.

How do you mean, done in Oblivion?
I meant that it would be cool if there was the option to be a Cyrodiil vampire, and as long as there was even one Cyrodiil vampire NPC in the game you would be able to get the disease. As Skyrim should be Volkihar dominated.

I mean that the adventuring vampire was done in Oblivion. All we did was adventure, there was no vampire quests(Pro-vampire clan quests) just cure for vampirism and a few others.

I know that the Volkihar dominates since they are the most powerful Clan, but don't forget that they are located in East Skyrim.

"He wanted to know about the vampires of eastern Skyrim. I told him about the most powerful tribe, the Volkihar, paranoid and cruel, whose very breath could freeze their victims' blood in the veins. I explained to him how they lived beneath the ice of rempote and haunted lakes, never venturing into the world of man except to feed."-Immortal Blood.

So, there should be other vamire clans native to Skyrim. I think they should add three, the Volkhirar, the Order and the other vampire clan we don't know of. But remember, as powerful as these clans can be, the Order's members could blend in society and are very manipulative people, they could even make an allegiance with a vampire clan in hopes of destroying them by pitting them against a rival clan, but since the Volkihar are paranoid, I don't see that happening at all.

Since the Order are like the Imperial's and "ousted" all other competitors, it's obvious that they don't tolerate other vampire clans, even the enlightened ones such as the Whet Feng Sodality in Black marsh. Explains why they are the only clan in Cyrodiil, because they don't like sharing at all. And since every other province had more than one vampire clan, we can speculate that the Order are much like Imperials, they just go in and enforce order because their power hungry vampires.

"There was but one tribe in Cyrodiil, a powerful clan who had ousted all other competitors, much like the Imperials themselves had done"-Immortal Blood.

A vampire was would be amazing. Having three sides in Skyrim fighting against each other. While the Civil war between the nords happen, there could be a similar vampiric battle.

Werebear? Sounds pretty sweet. Also, kind of similar to care bears. And what of the wereboars of Daggerfall? Those were pretty awesome looking creatures/characters. I for one want all the were/vamp/lore creatures Bethesda can come up with.

There shouldn't be anything other than vampires and werewolves, maybe werebears if people really care that much.

transformation something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHQHr2yilSU&feature=related

I would hope for a more anthromorphic look. Like, A human body covered in thick fur, a tail, and a wolf head that slightly resemble a human. Instead of a human guy that forgot to shave with claws.

And I agree entirely. Werelions? And wereboars? eh....

Elder Scrolls werewolves were always the same. The man turned into beast. Walk on two or all fours and has a tail.

If Skyrim has werewolves, it would be awesome to have this like this:

Best. Werewolves. Ever. Add a tail and they would be perfect. +1 points for Stephen Summers.

Well, I wasn't referring to Dovahkiin, but a random NPC.
And yes a war would be interesting, as part of a quest line. Hopefully you would be able to side with any clan you wish or even unite them all. :D
