Werewolves&Vampires4

Post » Sun May 01, 2011 4:26 pm

Because we all love them, well most of us anyways :P

So after the screens from the GI mag and the latest video we can tell that there are so far no concert info on werewolves/vampires in Skyrim, makes me a very sad panda :(
Hopefuly when new info has arrived it will be proven and if not by the time the game comes out we should still have DLC coming out and if there is no werewolves/vampires in there than alot of fans will be pissed!!!

I know vampires sound like being in since they have Lore in the Skyrim, werewolves are a different matter since they seem to be all over and werebears are the common I hear, hopefully it means wereWolves will be around as well.....

The nut of werewolves on this board is signing out now :P

Werebears are by far the coolest were creatures. Who wouldn't want to be a bear, the most fearsome land creature that Stephen Colbert always loves to hate?

WERE-ODILE!

Anyways vampires have almost 100% chance of being in, they are outstandingly popular. Werewolves are pretty popular too the only problem is they are governed by full moons (at least in pop culture) so they won't be out and about as much as vampires.

I think being a wereanything in this game would be somewhat boring, seeing as anywhere besides Sostheim, lycanthropes only transform once per month. But I agree, werebears and werewolves and stuff would be cool And there are always vampires, so that's not too much of an issue :P

In order to state my opinion. But. I retract my previous comment. Vampires would be nice to have in. But It doesnt matter to me about werewolves or similar creatures.

Meh, I'm indifferent, but I wouldn't be angry if they included them
Anyways, didn't it say in the GI that there were Were-Yeti's?

Ya true
I accually find it good if it was governd by the full moon since thats how werewolves have changed in folk lore, in tes lore for years, I just hope when you turn, ur in pain and have to crumple over in pain than ur bones start to shape...eeepp makes me happy just thinking about it !!! :P

I'd actually prefer that these things not be included.

? Why? Why post here if you don't want them in?

Not that i was aware of, I just got it n read it today some ppl thought it was a werewolf but was just a troll. I think the were-yeti was just a gag

Can were-sharks walk on land? if not that would svck being only able to hunt things in land and when you become the Shark Part when you transform will you like DIE if you don't get to a pool of water?

I would like them in. I would like to be able to be a combination of both, so say a Vampire that can turn into a werewolf. If we can't do this, I don't want no
permentant cure. So if you are cured from Vampiraism, you can still become a werewolf later.

They can actually change once a day, with forced changes only once or twice a month(*) and a need to eat a humanoid NPC when forced(**). You changing every night on Solstheim was due to the Great Hunt/Bloodmoon/Hircine.

(*) Whenever one of the moons is full. But the moon phases have all cycled differently in Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Oblivion, so who knows what Skyrim will do.

(**) In Daggerfall, you only had to do it once every 14 or so days (twice a month), not necessarilly when you're under a forced change. But I like to think of this as a gameplay issue, and Bloodmoon works with that.
