well have you heard of westbound baptist church. they are a bunch of idiots who hold signs outside soldiers funerals saying terms like (thank god your son died) and ([censored] soldier in hell)

they are coming to protest at my uncles funeral. and it really pisses me off.

They exist solely to provoke people into physical confrontation, they then sue that person. The majority of the advlt members of the "congregation" are lawyers.

They are a huge fraud. My advice is to ignore them, or physically harm them covertly.

It's horrible to hear that they'll be coming to your uncle's funeral, however we don't allow topics about religion on the forums, that goes double for contentious groups like the WBC.


Recently some people have started setting up fund raising booths by WBC protests as a counter-protest of sorts. This avoids the increased spectacle of a full force protest of their protest which just draws more attention to them. If the fund raiser is for a cause that the WBC doesn't like (which honestly is just about anything) then you're even taking them down a few notches.
