Did anyone experienced any severe frame drops when you enter into Westside/exit out to Westside when you enter into a building there? You see, I was doing a quest that involved Corporal White's disappearance, and then the quest told me to talk to a guy named Anderson in Westside. And so I got there, and as soon as I got inside I got huge frame drops that took like 30 seconds to a minute to recover to normal FPS.

Note that I have the game on the PS3 and it happened on that system.
