They had it labeled that way in Daggerfall too. Some MW fans just get overly defensive and think the only right way is the Morrowind way. I don't get it personally.
In Daggerfall it was dwarven as well. Sorry bud but it's commonly referred to as dwarven. Morrowind might have called it Dwemer, but that's about it. When speaking of their weapons and armor anyways. Seems that Morrowind did that wrong in this case.
Um....yeah thats my point, outside Morrowind people are ignorant, and call them Dwarves......Im not even going to comment on how the Homeland of the Dwemer got it wrong :teehee: my idjit on Oblivion taking it wrong was, people don't even talk about Dwemer much in Oblivion, it doesnt even rectify that unless you read the books (which im not sure of, I think everything Dwemer in Oblivion is called Dwarves, for no reason) people coming in are going to Think "DWARVES :teehee:" and people familiar with it are going to facepalm, hence this thread and its many many cousins
Point and case, your gonna talk about Dwemer, atleast know about Dwemer, is that so wrong of me to say :sadvaultboy:
The nords were around when the Dwemer where at their Height, The Nords Warred with the Dwemer, The NORD BOOK ABOUT REDMOUNTAIN calles them Dwemer and only uses Dwarves when stating Dumac the Dwarf King, their are Dwemer Ruins in Skyrim.....Why would they call them Dwarves when having such an extensive history with them?
