What About Morrowind

You can have one.

I never really appreciated spears when I first played but about two years ago I became hooked on spear goodness; long reach, decent damage and perfect for underwater adventures.

Figured as much. Never really appreciated their slow speed and two-handed requirements, though. But I did like the fact that it was available in case I wanted it, like so many skills in Morrowind.

EDIT: And yes, that last phrase is an intentional nudge over the fact that gamesas has been removing skills repeatedly since Morrowind. Just in case you missed it.

Actually with Morrowind Overhaul and a few tweaks of my own i think Morrowind is the best looking elder scrolls game.

It's amazing what a few shaders can do to a game. Minecraft had a DoF shader, a shader for animating the grass, trees, wheat, and water... those shaders made the game feel so much more alive (although they were optimized poorly). I'll stand by Minecraft being a very pretty game, despite its lack of HD textures.

That's a shame :( You'll miss out on one of the best games ever.

I'm wondering if miss is british slang for hit... I just seems like a somewhat weird sentence to say that he won't be picking it up.

Very true. Morrowind's animations are generally poor, and I've never liked its bodies very much, but the graphics for just about everything else is excellent, even in vanilla. And with a bit of tweaking, it becomes an Impressionistic delight.

I completely recommend getting Morrowind on the PC, the things modders have made are fantastic.
