Im trying to fix the framerate issues, turning off/down all the water options helped a lot but I heard someone say something about turning down NPCs. Is that what Actor fade is?

Btw, I have a NVIDIA GeForce 260 GTX 892mb with a Intel Core 2 duo @ 2.93 (2.93)

I should NOT be having framerate issues like this, not single digit FPS anyways. I could max out FO3 with no problems.

Anyone?

Actor fade determines the distance at which you can see npcs and creatures. Set it higher if you intend to snipe.
