what animal's do you want to see next

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 10:51 am

Simple question
what animal do you want in the next fallout?
For me it would be a boar
I mean there the only animal that does not follow the age old life rule
50 and under means soon to be extinct.
I mean there were none in America till European settlers realest 8 into the wild to let them get fat before the slaughter. they never captured them and guess what. They are now the most destructive and most numberus creature in the U.S.
They had to of survived the bombs. I Mean if bears and moles and freaking crabs then why not a pig with tusk that can be this

well thats my ideas whats yours

Oh before I forget if you want something like a lion its ok
seeing as there had to be one zoo being taken care by robots that still to this FD take care of the animals

Badgers, they're basically like Yao Guai, having lost a lot of fur and white eyes.

Night Creepers - Imagine a wolverine, now take away it's fur, now lengthen it's claws and make them razor sharp, now make them anorexic, now imagine the hyperactive bastards running in packs.

Horned Kangaroo.

Pariah Lizard - Imagine a pariah, now crudely put four legs on it. SCIENCE!

Bear Packs - These bears look regular, not like Yao Guai nor like the bear on NCR's flag, the difference in these is that their behavior has changed, they now hunt in packs of from 4 to 12.

Who wouldn't want a ceiling-climbing, sneaky pet you'll end up stepping on all the time?

Lizards. Not gigantic ones, but relatively regular-sized with poison. Make them reclusive, solitary, and territorial, so you would come across them rarely, but if you aren't paying any attention they could bite you out of nowhere. The poison would give stat decreases and hourly health decreases for a day or until cured.

Random encounter, a honey badger devouring a dead deathclaw...

And Iguanas.

I was thinking of Comodo Dragons. Beautiful creatures, very old - maybe one of the last living dinosaurs. Comodo Dragons are strong, have stamina, they don't give a [censored] too (especially regarding oral hygiene) and infect you. That is how bad ass they are! :P

But after all to be keep it a bit real lets look at the biotope akin to the geographic location which is the US most of the time. So Racoons, Skunks, Bats, Squirrels, Armadillos, Alligators would be viable. Honey baggers and Comodos don't live in the US. Not sure about iguanas, don't they live in central and south America? Although they do occur in the Fallout series and they don't originate from the common lizard imo because that spot has been taken by deathclaws.

Anyhow, then I'd have to pick the Gila Monster or the Alligator Snapping Turtle for example. Also a couple of my favorite animals in the US of A.

We have seen the ultimate in Monkey Kombat, so I think it's time for the ultimate in Hog Warfare. A hog mutated with a hedgehog, heavily armored with iron plates, armed with steel razors protruding from it's back, suffering a -100% DR vs mustard. I can only be talking about the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Razorback.

Plus they taste great with SC BBQ sauce

Well, the iguana could have migrated up to California the 88 years between the Great War and Fallout 1, or what do we know, by 2077, maybe iguanas are common in California :P
I wanna catch my own iguanas and put them on a stick and BBQ them. Yum!
