I got a pretty big wishlist actually. Seeing that I owned Morrowind for years and did nothing much with it except fool around, I'm not going to wish for anything from it.
For one thing, I want the modability of the game to be even more extensive than it is now. Let's face it, playing the game vanilla is pretty much useless considering the sheer amount of mods to the game.
Second thing is combat realism. I might crave a lot of violence in RPGs, but given the realistic models, the blood on the ground and the swords, what I want to see are injuries that would be show on your character. You can accumulate scars, possibly bleed to death, dismemberment, localized damage, stuff like that.
Thirdly, different body models available. There are a lot of body mods out there that look great, but they're all usually one type. Robert for example, has the thin, fat, muscular, normal, etc. But if you choose any one, you'll get that body type for all the characters in the game. I'd definitely like to see some variety around and the ability to choose. Also, since they introduced character aging in the game, I think it would be nice if the whole thing reflected it instead of just the face.
Fourthly, I don't know if this has been done already, but I remember back in 2003, they had an interesting concept with the game Freelancer. In that game, while you can technically play single player all the time, they also had multiplayer mode where you can play on the same maps, go on quests, etc, with other players being present at the same time. I think it would be a good idea to make that sort of cross between MMORPGs and single player RPGs.
Fifthly (and finally), why not have a real hunger/thirst/fatigue system in place? Some modders tried their hand at it in Morrowind, but it didn't really strike me as particularly good. While I know that most games generally don't have hunger or thirst on a scale like that, I find it weird that the character could go on the entire game without a single minute of sleep or anything to eat or drink.
Well that's my wish list.
