What are some of MGE's & Morrowind CPU intensive feature

Anyone have ideas and experiences on what are some of MGE and MGE XE's CPU resource hungry features?

Currently I have gotten a crossfire AMD R9 270x. My cpu that Im currently using is @3.4Ghz with 2 cores and I am having some really low frames turning on MGE distant land, water reflections, and dynamic solar shadows with MGE XE.

So far vram isnt an issue with my really low frames below 20fps with the above turned on. I have some 4k textures and 2k and consuming bout 700-800 vram.

My shader setup are a low level bloom shader and DoF shader and they dont affect FPS at all wether turned off or on.

Could this be a sever CPU bottleneck?

Can anyone also recommend me their draw distance on their cells and what basic system specs they have?
