What are the Aedra Plane(t)s Like?

Post » Wed May 02, 2012 10:49 pm

What would it be like to go on the surface of the plane(t)s of the Aedra, assuming it was possible to perceive (albeit maybe not comprehend) what the place is like? Would it look like a world as we know it like Oblivion realms, or would it be like say gas giants compared to Nirn and Oblivion's terrestrials?

Do the Aedric planets fulfill the same role as the Daedric planes? That's the impression that I got from the resources at the Library. That the Aedra have realms in Aetherius that are not dissimilar to those realms the Daedra have in Oblivion. But I might well be wrong.

Aedra are the mundrial satellites in orbital praise of Starry Heart. Aetherius lies beyond Oblivion.

Yet an aedra or it's aspect lairs within Aetherius as Shor. What are the real limits to these physical rules the mortals derive from?

They're mostly gas giants, some of which contain conviently placed dungeons.

I always thought this is what we've been doing for five odd games now. Shows what I know.

Quêtelog. The circumflex makes the s kind of redundant.

'Quêtelog'? hah, funny. Even if it wouldn't make sense and likely be a mix of the books: Wabbajack, N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis!, Mysterium Xarxes.
And probably have numerous metaphorical references to the 36 lessons of Vivec or one of MK's many writings. Heh, the idea amuses me greatly.

You should forge this Quêtelog. Give it purpose! or the way to the 'golden road.'
