What are the best mods? : IV

I think the texture mod is the Carl's one. I have Improved plants, improved lighting. I have NSFW mods, and other crap.

I'm actually looking for any kinds of mods. The best ones. I'm low on armor mods so I could use some of those and weapon mods. I also want some quest mods. Apparently, there is a really god one that adds warlocks, but I do not know what it is called. Also, character mods with new races and hair would be cool, and anything that makes the characters themselves look better. Hit me wit your best mods!

http://www.lostspires.com/ is very popular and has Warlock bosses so that might be the one you're thinking of.

http://knol.google.com/k/toql-the-oblivion-quest-list#, is a very good tool for finding quests of various lengths. It's about a year out of date, but has a lot of content in the form of links, summaries, and the occasional warning of conflicts.

As with any mod, be sure if you try one that you read the documentation thoroughly, and also study the more intelligent comments of users to see how the mod stacks up.

Why do you want Warlocks? If you want to kill them that's fine, but if it's for the whole magical/scholar type theme you want your character to have then The Lost Spires wouldn't make for a good fit seeing as how it kind of forces you into the role of "brain dead grunt."

Gaaah!!1 This is what I get for mentioning mods I haven't really played. I think the name is one thing and keep saying it never realizing that's not the name.

I've been keeping an eye on mods over the last year I've been to busy to actually play, but I have been tracking mods that look good or decent to try out later. Can't say how good it is, but people always complain about all the lists of favs and such only have old mods so I figured i'd mention the newer ones i've been "watching" as well.
