It could happen...
I could win the lottery, live my life in luxury and want for nothing...

Sadly I see neither happening.
Unless someone feels like giving me a boat and a big sack of cash :)

If there ever was a recall, how is someone like me get an offer like a recall. I mean I bought the game from an Amazon seller. But if there ever was an ultimate recall for every single person who owns the PS3 version of the game for a better working version then I'm up for it. Only if Bethesda does all the recall thing. Mainly paying the shipping and handling and all that stuff.

0/1 million. That's a conservative estimate.

Unless it is harming people, setting itself on fire, or breaking into small baby seeking parts...there will be no recall.

The Eula probably shields them from being responsible for anything. Something like that would probably have to be voluntary.

Deal with it by downloading user created fixes and mods.

Fixed that for you. :)

Someone answer seriously, if the lag can't be fixed with a patch fro the ps3, what happens? Do they reissue for ps3?

You can NOT release DLC for the ps3 current version. It's broke.

It could happen, Bungie did a world wide recall of a game they released for pc way back in the day of floppys, I think it was myth or myth 2? Can't remember the game anyway when peoe uninstalled the game it basically broke your pc. Granted the ps3 issues arnt as serious as that but still you never know

Serious answer.
No, they will not issue a recall.
While the PS3 version may have a serious issue, many players are still able to play the game to completion. As such the game has basic functionality. In short, it works. It may not work well but thats another kettle of fish.
As such a recall would be only carried out in the interests of relations with the paying public. However given the money involved in such a move this would be an unfeasible decision.
They would also argue they have every intention of fixing the problems, and may yet do so.

I wish Skyrim had a Recall. A Mark, too, and maybe some Interventions.
