Steel Blue Entoloma coupled with Flax, makes fantastic restore magicka potions. Or even better, Flax with Stinkhorn cap restores your magicka and shields you at the same time.
Cairn Bolete Caps with Boar Meat , Lichor or Daedra Hearts is good too for good restore healths.

(Almost) any meat and Cairn Bolette (white mushroom common in caves) for health, Steel Blue Entoloma (small blue mushroom common in Great Forest) and flax seeds (group of yellow, blue or red flowers) for magicka (requires skill of 25).
