What are the odds of breaking a already played game.

Hello everyone I am wondering if I can break my game by adding mods to it after I have been playing a 100+ hrs? I have like 12 mods installed now and they are just minor mods. What I want to do is play the stock game and when I am out of quests and all places explored. Then I want to start adding mods to prolong the game. But I am left wondering if something or some one is needed for and mod. And they or it isnt there anymore. Will my game crash?

If it does, it doesn't even matter. You just don't overwrite the savegame you made from before you loaded the new mod. Then, if you want and you think for some reason your later saves are messed up, you can go back to that one.
