Now, Let's avoid any Graphical improvements such as better bodies and HD textures because Bethesda is obviously going to attempt to make the game at least look nicer, as well as any advlt mods.

1. SkyUI - A seperate, optional, UI for the menus and such.

2. Crimson Tide - Blood Pooling and better blood effects on weapons and bodies.

3. The Various creature Adding Mods - There just needed to be more creatures, especially more unique creatures, in Skyrim.

4. Various cloak Mods - Only if they can get the physics to work right and look fine though.

5. Immersive armors - Skyrim was on the right track when it comes to some armors having multiple variations, but more could never hurt.

How about all the performance enhancing mods...

More than any mods I would love multicore support for PCs.

I use this because 1) I've been through the Helgen start so many times I find myself watching clouds pass or banners flap out of sheer boredom and 2) because not all of the character I want to play are criminsal or suspected criminals. My current character is a Dunmer who grew up in Windhelm, with a rsentment at how her family was treated, which affects all of her actions in the game. I was able to use Live Another Life to start this character in Windhelm. The character then spent her first several levels inside Windhelm, which really made it feel as though she was leaving home, when she did leave. Live Another Life is one of the most useful roleplaying mods that has been made for Skyrim.

I also consider combat music to be a cheat. I don't want to be psychically alerted whenever a distant enemy has spotted my character. Because the player, not the character, can hear this music, I consider combat music to be a meta-game mechanic.

I think Skyrim's 3D map is actually pretty attractive and I really dislike seeing it be obscured by over-sized, ugly black-and-white icons everywhere. Turning off map markers keeps my map looking clean and attractive.
