Whenever I do... anything, really, in Mod Organizer (selecting a mod, deselecting a mod, viewing a mod's "information" page, et cetera), a "meshes" folder appears in the Overwrite mod, containing another folder called "cache", and it contains the following files: EE8DCA70.tri, E688F5DA.tri, D298159A.tri, 483E0931.tri, 1ABE2E82.tri. What are these files? Where are they coming from? What should I do with them? How do I find the heart's secret triangular gate and achieve CHIM?

You can't achieve CHIM without the right tonal plugin for RaceMenu, sorry.
