I'm pretty sure the answer is 'no', just like it can't handle it if you spell the name slightly differently from what the game expects.
I usually use stereotypical retro names like Penny or Johnny. Something about double 'n's in a name. Makes me feel good like a chocolate milkshake pumped full of jet.
Male= climate changer
Female= Gender specific
I'm going to use my real first name, Kyle. It's such a common name I'm going to be very disappointed if they don't have it as a voiced name.
That's Mr. [censored] face
Katniss is definitely more mystique sounding than Nora. Any meaning behind the name choice?
Lol, I often wondered if this is the process Bethesda uses to create those weird, unusual names for NPCs and places in Skyrim. Mzulft, Sheogroath, Sovengarde, Talsgar the Wonderer, Wylandriah, wtf?
Nice, sounds like the perfect spinoff to Hitman.
First time hearing of this show. Looks like a cool light hearted comedy I'll have to check out.
Usually all my characters in RPGs are black unless I'm stuck using defaults. One thing that concerns me about Fallout 4 is the VA's voices not fitting black characters. Unless you can alter the voice pitch like in Dragon's Dogma, which I highly doubt, I'm hoping there is an option to play as a mute protagonist with subtitles or maybe a mod where your PC's spoken dialog can be converted to text.
I take it Oblivion is your favorite ES game.
You're not alone. I usually strip all corpses down to their underwear and turning all females face down on the ground in Bethesda RPGs. It's your game, play how you want. Name your character whatever you want. That's the beauty of Fallout and TES games. Freedom without judgement.
Lol, I can only guess what your female PC's name will be.
Shaka Zulu sounds dope. Name your settlement Zulu Nation.
Lol, sounds like a female character with one thing on her mind.
Jack Callahan seems like a good name for a lone gunman sort of character of course I'm probably gonna leave out the last name since I doubt Callahan is on the list of names and I especially doubt codsworth calls you more than one name.
My first name Shawn. I like to roleplay myself in Bethesda games.
I think I'll leave 'Carl' to the next TES-game and name my character 'Clark'. If that's not in the voiced list, I'll use 'Mark'. If that isn't voiced, I'll use 'Marv'... wait, no I'm not (no offense to all you Marvs out there).
Rant incoming:
At first I thought there's no way 'noch' is pronounced like 'nick.' Then I looked it up and thought "This cannot be!" Then I listened to the example pronunciations and realized that even though it says 'nick' in the pronunciation-guide, it isn't pronounced like 'nick'.
*headsplosion*
Dammit, English-speaking peoples, fix your pronunciation guides!
Totally, completely, utterly, quite seriously true fact: NPCs who mispronounce that as "Sibboleth", can be killed without Karma-penalty or a fine.
I, too, appreciate certain letters together. Also, chocolate milkshakes.
I've used my own name mostly in previous games, i hope it's in the 1000.
Cathy. She's actually called Princess Cathy but I don't think Princess is on that list.
I'm going to try and use my real name, Arthur Maxson Codsworth.
