So what are you most excited about?

Post » Tue Mar 25, 2014 2:02 pm

If you're like me, you're getting jittery just waiting these last few days before Early Access. So let's pass the time with a little positivity!

What thing or things are you most excited to get in and really master? Are you a TES fan who wants to see all the locations you've read about? Are you a rabid PvPer seeking to be crowned Emperor? Are you going to make a guild with your close friends, or building a massive army to take on the other alliances, or just going to wander off into the wilderness alone and get lost?

Me, I'm a story person. I want to build my characters and take them on a journey from prisoner in Coldharbour to thwarting the Prince of Domination himself!

There are no wrong answers here, so please share! I want to hear what gets everyone excited about ESO! :D

The story and to see what's beyond the starting areas. I just made it to Grahtwood last beta so the urge to see what's over that hill or around that bend or down that river is strong:)

Not having to wait anymore for that new game that has made playing others dull and boring and completely unsatisfying.

I'm most excited about seeing what the rest of the game looks like lol!

That and how they plan to grow the game. If they can set a pace for new content and stick to it, there should be plenty to keep looking forward to.

This, although I'm totally tired of her stealing my thunder (I was going to say this) :-P. Seriously, since playing the Betas I haven't been able to back to any of the MMO's I've been playing. The only thing that satisfies me is firing up Skyrim.

Yep, i'd say that is exactly how i feel right now. Also, being a big TES fan i can't wait to get into the story.

There will be no stepping away from any bacon! In fact, part of my preparation for this coming Sunday was having a griddle installed beside my computer desk. Cook bacon + play ESO. Life is golden.

I'll level up my healer as quickly as I can, maybe there is a "coronary bypass" skill line.

I get the feeling my first day playing ESO will be spent running around like a headless chicken. I just want to do everything at the same time: Quest, explore, fish, gather, craft, group up, dungeons, Cyrodil... how am I supposed to focus?

I'm most excited about soon being able to play with no time constraints. Loved the betas, but hated having that invisible timer bearing down on me.

Me too! I'm actually really busy on weekends, so the betas were terribly timed for me, and I was eking out 1-2 hours at a time. I'm looking forward to being able to play all day and just go. :)

I'm psyched to see the real opening cinematic rather than a placeholder.

Ditto. The thing I'm most looking forward to is having TIME to take things slow. It will be hard to break the beta-ingrained habit of rushing, but I'm going to TRY to calm down and MOSEY through the world. It'll be even harder than it might otherwise be because I've seen the starter areas SO many times in beta (admittedly, at a breakneck pace).....

Exactly, i was enrolled in all of them, but only really got to dig in on the last two. In fact only did questionnaires for those last two as i didn't feel right commenting on the others.
