Simple I wear Wasteland Doctors outfit - because it looks basic military and has a small bag/pack to carry such things as stims and rad-a-way in :P

Great for practicality

Benny's suit. Doesn't offer much combat protection, but damn if my character doesn't look ring a ding in it ;) Plus it feels like I got even with him, he stole something from me and now I have something valuable of his. He shot me in the head, and I shot him in the head. of course, he didn't have a robot nearby to help bring him back to life, but that's not my problem :P

I'm doing a hardcoe play-through where I've intentionally made it harder/unfamiliar for myself.

He's a grey-haired older guy who wears 'Wasteland Settler outfit' (the dirty patchwork one) and a 'Old Cowboy hat' (brown one with a black feather).
It's actually pretty cool because it gives me +1 boost to Agility, Endurance and Perception. With Toughness(x2) I still get a decent DT.
My character's main weapons are 'Love and Hate', Knock-Knock and Ratslayer.
I also have less than 15 points each in Lockpick, Speech and Science which makes some quests rather interesting to attempt.

I was having a touch time deciding on what my Couriers should wear during their travels through the Mojave Wasteland, but I find myself a little torn especially as I'm finding conflicting information on the Wiki regarding the Silent Running perk and whether or not it actually does remove the penalties to sneaking when wearing medium and heavy armor (or in other words, sneaking at the same rate if youre nvde or in power armor)

SO my question is: What does your courier most often wear in FONV when cruisin', questin', killin' in the wastes?

Pfft - all these pussies in their Power Armour and Combat Armour. I have mah boys Boone and ED-E, so nothing gets witin 3 miles from me, and if it does then say hello to Dinnerbell...

I have to look my best at all times. I have neighbours. http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/596934757491058909/346CC84113B24B4C5C63CD5B31DA644A24854332/

I wear my Armored Vault 21 Jumpsuit, Lucky Shades and a Pre war hat.

That gives me the classic Fallout feeling :fallout:

I like the normal ranger get up. Anything that makes me look like a cowboy. I wish I could get it though with out killing, reverse pick pocketing or watching the ranger in question stand still and do nothing whilst getting hacked to bits by a lowly legion grunt.

The Powder Ganger Plain outfit looks really good on female characters, so I let her wear it with a nice cowboy hat and some shades or reading glasses.

I want the lucky shades to go with my assassin's suit and pre war baseball cap. I've been playing since the release, but cannot abide slavers. Are you to far down the CL quest by the time you get into the safe house to switch over to NCR or Yes Man.

I think Yes Man is always there as last resort, and I think I was a Merciful Thug with the NCR by the time I got the Safe House.

Did the NCR shoot on sight at that point. I keep thinking House is probably still doable, as his stuff overlaps the CL for a bit of the game.

I was roaming the wastes when a friendly group of Ranger hit men told me I had three days to change my rep with the NCR or they would kill me. Even when I told them to go 'screw themselves and the NCR' and 'lets do this now' they didnt initiate combat. But chasing them down with my chainsaw is probably what Vilified me.
