What are your concerns?

1. Spell Crafting

2. Attribute Points

Are they still in?

1. spell crafting is currently a "wild card" aka there still testing if it fits with the game, and doesn′t escalate into becoming a game breaking mechanic

2. Yeah attributes are out, instead leveling means you choose to directly increase health, mana or stamina.

personally I never notice the attributes that much...beyond noticing how they affected my health/Magika/stamina, to me skills had a much bigger impact on how my character played, so I won′t miss attributes.

Yes thats Daedric invasion was so large scaled so even poor bandits and raiders loot Unstoppable and Fearless Dremora Invasion Army of Lord Destruction Mehrunes Dagon, who will tremble in fear if this losers cant save their loot from criminal scums, better to pvssyr about this pesky mudcrubs.
Another question why so much smuggled dwemer armor come from Morrowind? And where in Cyrodiil thats Glass Manufacture thats make so much armor for this criminals?

Well, I can say that I paid a lot of attention to attributes as I always trained and such to ensure that my character achieved +5 attribute bonuses at level-up. I cannot say that I will miss that level of grinding, but the game mechanics ensured that I paid attention to attributes.

They will probably handle increased encumbrance with perks rather than with attributes (specifically, strength in this case).

I'm with you on loot scaling, but my biggest concern is the rate you level up. It's a pet hate of mine that most RPGs have you levelling up way to fast which spoils it for me, I think it should be something you have to work for, not grind, just have to work at a bit. I read an article that says you'll level faster in Skyrim. Faster than Oblivion? To me that's ludicrous.

Everyone's of a different opinion of course so how about an option you can adjust in the preferences, Normal, Slow and Very Slow levelling. I'd choose very slow.

Maybe I should make a poll to see if I'm alone on this.
