1) Crysis 2 (If it has a simple editor made for the masses, otherwise,)
1.1) Halo: Reach (For a simple editor and capture system.)
2) Final Fantasy XIV (Epic MMO, looks great.)
3) Dragon Age 2 (If it is not Mass Dragon Effect Age 2, otherwise,)
3.1) Fallout: New Vegas. (Hope it is just like Fallout 3, played every expansion)

4)Assassins creed brotherhood looks pretty sweet.
Halo reach also looks sweet after I saw the exclusive panel at sdcc 2010. The forgeworld and forge tools make the game and will allow for amazing replayability.
