That looks like a Skyrim mod. Daedric retex of some kind.

Sadly, it is a Skyrim mod as MrDarkSim indicated. One look at the face of the female, and I could tell, even though I don't have Skyrim yet.

To be honest, hold back until the CK has ben properly fixed and modders have had a chance to work a little bit of their magic.
Currently it's new and very shiney, but it certainly needs some work to hold your attention long term.

Not gunna lie, they did a WAY better job on the armor and weapons in skyrim than oblivion.

Hmm...that reminds me to check if there's any major weapon or armor sets in Skyrim that aren't in vanilla Oblivion or WEPON...

EDIT: Well, other than Dragonscale / Dragonmail, it doesn't appear there's much of anything unique in Skyrim. I did notice that Bethesda put Orcish below Dwarven in terms of strength though.
