First time i saw a video of the game, i was stunned by the graphics. Then i saw that you could slide, Jump around (SMART) etc. Didn't even know about the customization and i was already hooked.

SplashDamage and their way of making games.

Seriously, I like fast-paced, Objective type of gameplays that require teamwork and class play.
SMART, the bodytypes, Customization are all nice additions. Really nice.

My first FPS ever, was W:ET, back in the early days before Jaymod and NoQuarter. I fell in love with that game and played it for over 2000 hours over the next 4-5 years. Imho, ET:QW was not as good as W:ET, because of the vehicles, asymmetric teams, huge maps and the ranked/unranked server system. I think Brink will offer me the same joy and excitement as W:ET back in the days.

Yeah, I never liked Jaymod or No Quarter. ETpro was what I played. I actually like RTCW more than W:ET.

Yeah, I never liked Jaymod or No Quarter. ETpro was what I played. I actually like RTCW more than W:ET.

I did not dislike them, but it wasn't challenging enough. If I played carefully, I could play games with dieing only once or twice. (Jaymod and NQ)
I tried RTCW later, but I was already so used to W:ET that I "couldn't go back" if you know what I mean. I'm aware that a lot of RTCW players liked RTCW more than W:ET.

I think I stumbled upon it while searching something else on Steam.

I saw the first teaser with the man narrating as we get closer to his eye and said meh. When I saw the Cinematic Teaser I was [censored] amazed. "IS THIS [censored] FOR REAL?"
Since Team Fortress 2 is becoming [censored] these days and I'm not from the U.S. I decided to sell all my items and get the money to buy it myself, I'm already halfway to the 50 bucks!

BRINK is going to be [censored] amazing. It has everything one can ask for, I've seen a lot of gameplay and commentary vids and I can't really wait for it to be released.

"The unique art" is the very first thing that hooked me, then it was a chain reaction of everything else.

1st time was over at gametrailers.com, watched the first trailer and for some reason was really drawn in by the unique look. After watching that first trailer, I just knew that I had to have Brink becuase is was not going to be some reharshed same-ol-done-to-death-lame-ol like most FPS games now a days. Then after that is was all about the creator and weapon customization following with the class system. But to be honest after watching every video I could find... There is really a ton of different things that really pulls me towards Brink, cant wait for May 17th!!!

In order...
1) "The Unique Art"
2) "The Customization"
3) "The Class System"
4) "Gameplay"
5) "Screw it I love it all!"

And I agree... Splash Damage does good, main reason for watching that very first Brink trailer LoL

The thing that originally caught my eye was the free-running. The more i found out, the more I liked the sound of the game, but the ability to move around more intuitively is what "attracted me to Brink". Thats not an option, so i guess ill say "gameplay".

The first time I saw BRINK, what stood out to me was the SMART system. I had recently finished Mirror's Edge and wondered why no other shooter had blended freerunning with shooting, so the fact that BRINK was going to do that piqued my curiosity enough to investigate it more.

When I learned about all of the other things BRINK was going to attempt, I was sold out. BRINK, I think, really will do everything right. It's got a good story layout, a well-executed class/gameplay system, and an insane level of customization. Honestly, I don't think I really do have a favorite aspect of BRINK. It's all well-thought out.

When i first saw BRINK i was immediately attracted the unique art style so i looked into. Once i started skimming the surface, the customization and class-based gameplay hooked me. After i was hooked I fell in love with everything i learned after word.

I would say everything, most especially co-op...

There are very few good co-op campaigns out there so whenever they come around I jump on them!

I′m interested in Brink because it has a Coop-Mode and it′s available on PC *woohoo!*
The rest (SMART, Art Style, Teamplay and so on) is also very nice, but Coop is my primary reason to buy :)

This might seem silly, but this is my short story:

Me and my friend sent video game links from YouTube on coming games, and he sent me the BRINK Cinematic trailer, and we both were like ''ohh shiieet, parkour n [censored], oh my holy balls, a dropping tank, o[censored] badasses rolling around shieet'', then we found gameplay videos, some time later, I forgot about BRINK until I went into a video game store and saw that trailer again, then I looked up and saw a whole bunch of new gameplay videos, and ever since that, I've been hooked like a druggie on drugs

I got interested in BRINK when the first teaser trailer (which is ~5 seconds long and shows a super close up of "The Anger" after getting shot in the head) released.

I got hooked on BRINK when I found out about the art style and the fact that this game will have customiseable avatars.

And after the [i]Freedom of Movement[i] video I was sure to play this game wether it be bad or good.

Yeah, I never liked Jaymod
