Help me to find out info about "Binary method" that have been used to test mods.

It means that you half your mods until only problematic one remains.

For example, you have 10 mods and one of them causes problem. You deactivate 5 and problem is still there. That means one of that 5 is guilty. Then you deactivate 3 and the problem is gone. That means that bugger is among that deactivated 3 mods. Then you continue until you figure which one is that.

Unless of course the problem is a result of 2 mods not getting along together !

Even with a conflict between two mods, you're going to declare one of the two "guilty" if you prefer to use the other, and the same method can be used (twice) to determine which they are. Once you establish one party to the conflict, you repeat the process with that mod retained each time until the problem disappears, and you'll identify the other.

And to determine if it's one bad mod or a conflict, you only have to run the first you find on its own. If the game breaks with just one mod, it's not a conflict!
