For me it's the damn barber. I can't change my hairstyle because I don't have the patience to sit there 2 minutes for each new hairstyle to load.


Oh, also yesterday VATS refused to open as a suicider was running toward me. I shot at him, buuuut....Didn't quite kill him before he went boom

The penetrator perk not working even at point blank. Not even after I reinstalled the game.

More than half of the enemies I was shooting were taking cover behind something and I invested points in perception to get that high tier perk and nothing. Good thing someone told me level 2 of the perk is not bugged or else I would have given up on it. So now it's useless for enemies to take cover behind anything cause I'll just shoot through. Oh and shooting a deatchlaw in the belly when he's got his back on me is just priceless. Right through the spine.
