i read that through the gpu manager its possible to increase the graphics of the game by creating a profile but i never tried it.

what are the highest changes i can make that will affect the game ? im guessing the game has some limits where it just doesnt feel the changes i make in the profile, so i want to go to that limit.

Control panels override or add to game graphics. However, games on this engine do not like this and can cause problems. Like using control panel AA instead of in game AA can make textures flicker. I do not even let the control panel load with Windows and I don't run it for any TES or Fallout game.

But, some people can use the panels for some things, so you can experiment. But, any in game weirdness, blame the control panel first.
