Hi everyone, I just traveled from Freeside to the Hoover Dam. Went in the building, came back out and went to fast travel when the game gave me the good ol' "You cannot fast travel from this location". So I decided to walk over to Boulder City and try it there. No dice. Is this a glitch?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, G
