What direction are you going to look out first when you exit the vault? I personally prefer east, as that's just a natural thing for me because of the coast and all. What about your mouse/controller sensitivity, you have a preferred number?

I'll have a look and see what I like, but the default green us a little garish for my tastes. I might go with yellow. It's what I used in New Vegas and, subsequently, in Fallout 3.

Is amber an option? That's always been my FO3 fave.

I want blue but as what I've seen is going to make it hard to choose that color,I will have to go white or slight amber colored.
